💪🏻 Eligibility & DUPR Requirements
• All age groups
• DUPR rating 2.000 up to 3.250, ≥ 60% reliability at time of registration.
• NR (No Rating) = not eligible
• Players must submit DUPR ID for verification upon registration, sync Reclub ID with DUPR ID.
• Fake accounts = immediate disqualification, no refund.
• Match results will be submitted to DUPR.


🏆 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Group Stage:
• Total 24 teams, randomly divided into 4 groups of 6
• Round-robin
• 13 points rally
• Sudden death at 12-12 (no “serve to win”)
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to Quarterfinal

Quarterfinals:
• 15 points rally, serve to win at 14-14

Semifinals, 3rd/4th, Finals:
• 21 points rally, serve to win at 20-20


💵 PAYMENT
• Fee: RM150 per team

• Slot is only confirmed upon payment received
• Strict no-cancellation after payment


🏆 PRIZES
🥇 Champion: RM650.00 cash + medal
🥈 1st runner up: RM350.00 cash + medal
🥉 2nd runner up: RM150.00 cash + medal


🧑‍⚖️ Match Officiating
• Umpires/TOs will assist scorekeeping and result submission.
• Receiving side makes line & fault calls.
• All disputes must be resolved respectfully and fairly.


🕒 Timeout
• No timeouts allowed
• Injury time: Max 10 minutes per incident
• Inability to continue = withdrawal


⏰ Punctuality
• Teams must register at least 30 minutes before start time.
• Late arrival (past 5-minute grace period) = walkover/forfeit.


👕 Equipment & Attire
• Ball used: Franklin X-40
• Dress code: Sportswear & non-marking shoes required
• No offensive/inappropriate clothing
• No restrictions on paddle brands


⛑️ Health & Safety
• First aid available on-site.
• No ambulance or medical crew on standby.
• Players must ensure personal fitness to participate.
• Organizer holds no liability for injuries or incidents.


📣 Organizer’s Declaration & Terms
1. Organizer reserves the right to cancel/postpone/modify the event.
2. In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
3. In case of postponement, participants may opt to retain their slot or request a refund.
4. No refund once payment is made unless as stated above.
5. Prizes may be adjusted based on final team count.
6. If registration exceeds expectations, 1 additional team per group may be added (max 28 teams total).
