All participants need to complete this Google Form to confirm your jersey size and other details. The teams will be verified and selected through the link.

‼️ Participants must ensure that all information provided during registration is truthful and that they meet the eligibility requirements.
If any report is received during or after the tournament and sufficient evidence is verified, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant or team.
Any prize money awarded will be forfeited and not refunded.

✔This tournament will not be submitted to DUPR.

✔ Players who have previously won a podium in the Intermediate category are not eligible to participate in this event
✔ Each participant may not win more than 4 podiums in total regardless of platform (Mini tournaments with fewer than 16 teams or prize money below RM500 are excluded)
✔ Internal club tournaments are not counted
✔ Teams confirmed only after payment
✔ First paid, first served – Only 32 slots available

Due to insufficient teams we have changed the format to below.

⛔️ Tournament Format & Rules:
1. Players must report to their designated courts on time. If a player fails to show up within 10 minutes of their match being called, it will be considered a “no show” and the team will automatically forfeit.
2. Round Robin – separate to 2 pools.
3. Round Robin matches: to 15 points rally (serve to win).
4. Top 4 teams from each group advance to the Quarter-Finals.
6. Quarter-Final: 15 points rally point (serve to win at 14-14).
7. Semi-Final: first to 15 points (serve to win). Each time will have 1 time timeout 1min.
8. 3rd Place & Final: 21 points rally points (serve to win at 20-20). Each team will have 1 min timeout.
9. Scoring in Quarter & Semi-Finals will be managed by the umpires. Players are responsible for their own line calls and must resolve disputes among themselves.
10. Finals – 21 points rally point (serve to win at 20-20) with an umpire calling scores and kitchen faults. Players handle line calls, with umpire reconfirmation only if clearly visible. Follows the 2025 rulebook.
11. A 15-minute injury timeout is allowed. If a player cannot continue after that, it will be considered a forfeit.
12. Players must arrive before 9:30 AM for registration. Teams with a member arriving more than 10 minutes late will be disqualified.

✔ DUPR reliability must be above 50%
✔ Players are not allowed to intentionally drop their DUPR rating
✔ Each player is allowed to have only one DUPR account
✔ DUPR ratings are based on the player’s rating at the time of registration.

🚫 If any of the above violations are found, the player or team will be disqualified immediately without any refund

📢 If there are not enough participating teams, the prize pool maybe will be adjusted.
The tournament organizer reserves the right to amend or update these clauses if deemed necessary.
