Format : Mixed Doubles (DUPR <2.95)

Teams : Maximum 32 Teams (4 Pools)

All participants player is gifted a Tournament Jersey, OBS Ball, Yen Bao Bird's Nest Voucher, Pick The Ball Voucher & Art of Tree Voucher during registration on the Tournament Day 🎁

Event Jersey: All Players Register before 20 January 2026 will get our Tournament Jersey in tournament day, after 21 January 2026 Register Players will get after Tournament (Another Day）.

DUPR Rating Requirement:

• All participants must have a DUPR rating below & 2.9 (Maximum DUPR rating <2.959)

• Matches will not be summited DUPR.

• Players must register on the Sportssync.asia and Reclub platform and ensure their DUPR rating is synced.


Age Eligibility:

• The tournament is open to all age groups.


DUPR Rating Lock:

• A players’ DUPR will be based on the highest rating recorded from 01 December 2025 to your Registration Date. Any changes to the rating after registration will not affect eligibility.


Tournament Format Rules:

Account Integrity:

• Using fake accounts is strictly prohibited. If discovered , you will be disqualified.

Punctuality:

• Players must report to their assigned courts on time.

• Failure to appear within 10 minutes of a match being called will result in a forfeit due to "no-show” , absent will automatically forfeit.


Group Format:

• 8 teams per group, with a total of 4 groups.

Round Robin Format

• Matches will be played to 15 points using rally scoring. No deuce; sudden death applies.

Group Stage Matches:

• Each team will play 7 matches within their group.

Advancement:

• The top 4 teams from each group will advance to the Round of 16

• Matches will be played to 15 points using rally scoring. No deuce; sudden death applies.

• No umpire or linesman assigned, Line calls will be made by the receiving calls in Group Stage, Round 16, Quarter Finals and Semi Final.

• Players on the receiving side are responsible for making line calls. In the event of a dispute, all players must resolve the issue in a sportsmanlike manner, demonstrating fairness and respect towards one another.

• 3rd Match & Final Match will assigned Umpire & Linesman.


Knockout Rounds:

• Round 16: 15 points, Rally. Sudden death applies.

• Quarterfinals, Semifinals: 15 points, Rally. 14-14 (Serve to Win).

• 3rd Place Match: 21 points, Rally. 20-20 (Serve to Win)-(One Round).

• Final Match : 21 points, Rally. 20-20 (Serve to Win)-(One Round).

• All Match will provide OBS Pro40 Tournament Grade Balls will be used for this tournament.


Injury Time:

• A 15-minute injury timeout will be allowed. If a player cannot continue afterward, it will be considered a forfeit.


Prizes:

🥇1st Place: RM 1200 + Medals + Franklin Paddles + Yen Bao Bird's Nest

🥈2nd Place: RM 700 + Medals + Franklin Balls

🥉3rd Place: RM 400 + Medals + Franklin Balls


Prize Money Policy :

- Prize money is guaranteed only in the event of full participation.

- Should there be insufficient participation, prize amounts will be prorated proportionally based on the number of confirmed participants.


Payment Instructions:

• Any payment made before verification is non-refundable, if your team / partner is not eligible, you will need to find new partner or a replacement team to take over. (Please take Noted)
• Registration fee is NOT refundable or postponed, unless the event is cancelled without any further explanation.


Confirmation:

• Participants who have not yet paid must do so to secure their slot. Once payment is received and confirmed, the player will be marked as "Confirmed or Paid.✅

Check-In Time:

• All players must arrive before 1:15pm-1:30pm for registration & Verify Approved Paddles to Tournament. If a team member is more than 15 minutes late, the team will be disqualified.


For all DUPR Rated Categories:

➡️ Must submit a valid DUPR ID on registration.

➡️ Players with no DUPR rating (NR) are not eligible.

➡️ Players is required to have a DUPR Rating of Maximum <2.959 & Below with at least 40% Reliability. (DUPR rating of 2.96 or above is not qualified)

➡️ Using 2nd / fake accounts is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be disqualified or ban from the tournament.

➡️ Purposely lowering your DUPR rating by submitting fake matches will result in disqualification or ban from partaking in the tournament and a report to DUPR will be made.

➡️ All match results will be recorded and submitted via Sport Sync or Reclub.


Paddles/Equipments Requirement:

➡️ Only USAPA-approved and UPA-A-approved paddles are allowed. Paddles such as the Joola Mot TA 15, OEM, or other non-certified paddles will not be accepted for tournament play.


Partner Replacements (Doubles Only)

➡️ If a player is unable to compete, a replacement may be allowed prior to the start of the first match, subject to the following:

💠The replacement must meet the eligibility and rating criteria of the division entered.

💠The change must be approved by the Tournament Director. If the change affects the seeding of top players, it may be rejected.
