🔥 Eligibility
🚀 Singles DUPR < 4.0 with ≥30% reliability upon registration (4.0 includes decimal, hence 4.099 is allowed)
🎾 Players with DUPR > 4.0 but <30% reliability may still qualify
✅ NR (Not Rated) players are allowed
🚨 DUPR changes after registration will not be taken account

1️⃣ Register via Reclub — you will be placed under Pending list for eligibility check
2️⃣ Once eligibility is confirmed, you will be moved to Confirm list
3️⃣ Please proceed with payment after you are placed in confirmed list to secure your slot.

🎮 Tournament Format (24 players)
🎯 Format may be adjusted based on final number of participants
🤼 Group Stage
• 4 Groups × 6 Players
• Group selection is based on DUPR
• Round Robin – each player plays 5 matches
• Rally scoring to 13 points
⚡ Sudden death at 12-12

🏆 Knockout Stage (based on 24 players)
👥 Top 3 from each group will advance to Quarterfinals. Total 12 players will advance to main draw.
⭐ Top 4 players will receive a bye in the first knockout round and advance directly to the Quarterfinals.
⚔️ Rank 5–12: These players will compete in an additional knockout match.
⏱️ First-round (R16): Rally to 15 (sudden death at 14-14)
🔥 Quarterfinals: Rally to 15 (sudden death at 14-14), switch side at 8 (1 minute rest)
💥 Semifinals: Rally to 15 (serve to win), switch side at 8 (1 minute rest)
👑 Finals & 3rd Place: Rally to 15 (serve to win), switch side at 8 (1 minute rest)
⏳ Maximum timeout is 1 minute (Only applicable for Semi & Final)

🔢 Seeding Criteria:
Games Won ➝ Head-to-Head ➝ Point Difference

⚖️ General Rules
• No umpires — players self-officiate, please make fair line calls
• In the event of any dispute, a replay may be required
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your match starts
• Players who fail to show up on time will automatically forfeit the game, and their opponent will be awarded a 15-8 walkover score.

🥇 1st Place: JOOLA Agassi Paddle (Worth RM1259) + Gold Medal + Reclub Champion Trophy (If the total number of participants is fewer than 24 players, the first prize will be adjusted to cash prize)

🥉 3rd Place: RM150 + Bronze Medal + Reclub 2nd Runner-up Trophy

📢 Declaration
1. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient players, full refunds will be issued.
2. Participation Quota: Minimum of 16 players to proceed, maximum of 28 players will be accepted.
3. The organiser reserves the right to adjust the format depending on total participants.
4. Photographs and videos of participants may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes.
5. Please avoid animated images, group photos, objects or animals. Participants are required to use a clear personal photo as their profile picture.
6. Players with multiple accounts or manipulated DUPR ratings will be disqualified without refund.
7. If you cannot attend, you must find a replacement. No refunds will be given, including emergencies.
