This event celebrates experience, resilience, friendship, and lifelong movement. It’s proof that passion doesn’t fade with age. Step onto the court with confidence, play with heart, and show everyone that strong, active, and joyful living has no age limit.

‼️Eligibility‼️

- No DUPR submission
- Age Restriction - Player must be 55+ years old to participate (Born in 1971 is eligible)
- Maximum DUPR of 3.499 . Anything above is not allowed.
- NR is accepted
- Excessive or obvious DUPR rating reductions will result in rejection.
- Previous podium winners in our tournaments are not eligible to re-join. Thank you.

🔍 Eligibility Verification & Integrity 🔍

The organizer reserves the right to:
- Verify player age, identity, and playing history at any time
- Request supporting documents (IC copy, Reclub profile, DUPR profile if needed)
- Reject or remove any player/team found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Any attempt to misrepresent age, skill level, identity, or playing background will result in immediate disqualification with no refund.

🎮 Tournament Format 🎮

Group Stage

- 20 teams will be split into 4 pools ( 5 teams each )
- Round-robin format within each pool
- Top 2 teams from each pool will advance to knockout stages

Knockout Format

- Pool game: 15points sudden death
- Quarterfinal: 15points sudden death
- Semifinal: 15points serve to win
- 3rd/4th: 21points sudden death
- Finals: 21points sudden death

🎯Gameplay🎯

- 5 minutes late to register to court for play will be given a walk-over.
- 1 minute warm up is given before each game (if required)
- 1 Test Serve is given to each player before start of each game
- 30 seconds for time out (semi-final onwards)

🚫 Conduct, Behaviour & Removal 🚫

Any form of:
- Aggressive behaviour
- Verbal abuse
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Disrespect towards opponents, officials, volunteers, or venue staff

may result in:
- Game forfeiture
- Tournament disqualification
🚨No refund will be issued for removals due to misconduct.

📝Officiating 📝
- Receiver’s call
- Players should practice sportsmanship to resolve any dispute.

🚨Host reserves right to remove or ban player who shows no sportsmanship and violate the rules.🚨

⛑️ Health & Safety ⛑️

- First Aid: First aid kit available on-site
- Medical Staff: No ambulance or medical crew on standby
- Player Fitness: Players must ensure personal fitness to participate
- Warm-Up & Stretching: Players are encouraged to warm up adequately and stretch to reduce injury risk
- Liability Waiver: By registering, all players accept personal responsibility for their health and safety and waive liability against the organizer for any injuries or incidents occurring during the tournament

📸 Media & Content Rights
By registering, all participants grant the organizer the right to:
⭐Capture photos and videos during the event
⭐Use content for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes
without compensation or prior approval.

1. Organizer reserve rights to cancel/postpone/modify event.
2. In the case of event cancelation, full refunds will be issued.
3. In the case of postponement, participants can opt to remain or request full refunds.
4. No refund once payment is made unless as stated in 2 and 3.
5. Upon registration, you are liable to indemnity agreement.
