🎫 PLAYER QUALIFICATION
Reclub Rating: Beginner (1.0 - 1.5)

• Suitable for:
Players who already have basic rally and gameplay understanding but are still developing consistency in match play.

• Tournament Experience:
✔️ Has never qualified from group stage in Lower Bronze or any higher category (only applicable to tournaments with a minimum of 26 teams).
✔️ Has never finished Top 2 in any beginner (with 16 teams or more partcipating) or any higher than beginner tournament or any Smashville Tour Series.

• Not Eligible:
Certified coaches, Athletes, Players at Bronze level or above.

• Player Curation:
All players will be reviewed and curated by the event committee upon registration.

• APPEAL System by Players:
Every player may appeal another player by reporting to the committee during the appeal period if a player is suspected to exceed the qualification level.

⚠️ Qualifications are assessed based on the applicant's status at the time of registration

🤝🏻 By registering for this tournament, participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by the T&C below :
• The Committee, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any personal injury, medical emergency, or long-term disability sustained during the tournament.
• The committee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Wear non-marking padel or tennis shoes. Strictly no running shoes or casual footwear on the courts.
• Use only standard padel rackets. Strap must be worn during match.
• Any damage caused to the glass, nets, or turf due to misconduct will be financial responsibility of the player.

‼️ WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY ‼️

No refunds will be issued for any player or team withdrawal after registration has been completed, regardless of reason (including but not limited to personal, medical, or scheduling circumstances).

As such, players who are unable to participate may only proceed via player replacement, subject to the terms below.

🔁 PLAYER REPLACEMENT
Replacement of player is only allowed under the following conditions:
• Replacement request must be submitted no later than 5 days before the tournament starts, complete with the replacing player’s profile.
• ⁠Replacing player must meet the tournament’s qualification.
• All replacement requests are subject to approval by the committee, with valid justification and supporting evidence.
• An appeal period will be applied for the replacing player, up to 4 days before the tournament.
• The committee reserves the right to accept or decline any replacement request to maintain fairness and competitive balance.
• Failure to secure an approved replacement within the specified timeframe will result in a Walkover (WO) without refund.

⚠️ REFUND POLICY :
Committee reserves the right to refund only 75% of the registration fee as an administrative charge if an applicant is deemed unqualified following their consensual registration to this tournament. (Always consult and reconfirm your qualification to the committee before registration & payment)
