* This tournament is exclusively for Beginner to Upper Beginner (Level 1.0-1.5) players.
* 1x Beginner champions (max. 16 participants)
* Semifinalist at Beginner or Upper Beginner tournaments

❌ Not Eligible
* Any Upper Beginner Champions or higher (any category)
* Second or Fake Reclub account
* Current or former professional racquet sport players
* Lower Bronze, Bronze or Higher level players
* Coaches or former coaches
* Competitive athletes in tennis, badminton, pickleball, squash, or similar sports

⚠️ Appeal & Fair Play

Please register honestly according to your current playing level and competitive background.

An Appeal Window will be opened before the tournament for players to report any eligibility concerns.

Players found using a second/fake account or providing false playing history will be disqualified and subject to a IDR 100,000 penalty. Organizer decisions are final.

The organizer reserves the right to review, reject, or disqualify any participant before or during the tournament if they do not meet the eligibility requirements.

If you or your partner are unable to participate, it is your responsibility to find a replacement player or pair. Any substitute must meet the tournament’s eligibility requirements and receive approval from the Tournament Organizer before the registration deadline.

No refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawals or no-shows.
