We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about clean, reliable data and actionable insights. You’ll be the primary owner of our platform’s core datasets-ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance across our community, activity, and asset databases. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into insights that guide product and business decisions. You should know SQL well and enjoy turning data into meaningful stories and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Core Data Ecosystem

    • Audit, standardize, clean, and validate platform data for accuracy and completeness.

    • Define data quality standards and monitor ongoing data health across community and operational datasets.

    • Build processes to ingest and update platform data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Analyze data to answer questions about user behavior, venue usage, trends, and operational performance.

    • Support the product, marketing, and operations teams with data insights and recommendations.

  • SQL & Database Work

    • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate data.

    • Collaborate with engineering on data schema improvements and data model design.

  • Business Intelligence

    • Help develop and maintain dashboards

    • Translate insights into visuals that communicate clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • 2+ years experience in a data analyst or similar role.

  • Strong SQL skills - comfortable writing queries to join, filter, aggregate, and transform data.

  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data quality best practices.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity.

  • Clear communication skills - able to explain analysis and tell a story with data.

  • Love Sports.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Retool, PostgresSql, Clickhouse, and BigQuery.
