International Community Support Specialist

As our International Community Support Specialist, you are the primary point of contact for players and organizers in our fastest-growing markets.

You’ll work closely with our customer success team in Ho Chi Minh City to ensure our community always has someone to turn to. While you’ll be the lead during Vietnamese national holidays and morning shifts, you are a full-time, permanent part of the squad helping us scale our support for players in Indonesia, Malaysia and beyond. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping Players: Use Chatwoot to answer questions via in-app chat, IG, FB, and email. You’re there to make sure no one gets stuck behind a technical screen when they should be playing.

  • Keeping the Peace: Help organizers and players resolve issues with match scheduling, payments, and DUPR rating syncs. Think of yourself as a digital referee.

  • The Early Bird: You’ll bridge the morning coverage gap, ensuring that by the time the HCMC office opens, our players have already been taken care of.

  • Holiday Lead: You’ll be the main point of contact during Vietnamese holidays (like Tet) to keep our global service running 24/7.

  • Product Feedback: You’ll spot bugs or confusing features and report them clearly to our engineering team so we can fix them for everyone.

  • Local Connection: Provide high-quality support in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Experience: 2+ years in tech support or customer service. If you’ve worked for a SaaS or a marketplace before, that’s a big plus.

  • The Tech: You’re comfortable with tools like Chatwoot, Zendesk, or Notion.

  • The Sports Brain: You actually "get" sports. You understand how brackets work and why a DUPR rating matters to a Pickleball player.

  • The Language: You can write clearly and empathetically in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • The Mindset: You’re a self-starter. You don’t need a manager hovering over you to get things done and help the community.
