Product Manager

To apply for this role, you must be a Vietnam resident.

We're hiring a Mid-Level Product Manager to help design, build, and launch high-impact product initiatives across our mobile platform. You will own selected product areas — especially new or early-stage (greenfield) initiatives. This role combines product discovery, delivery ownership, and light production validation in an agile, sprint-based environment.

What You’ll Do

Own Product Initiatives

• Lead features or greenfield projects from concept to launch

• Define workflows, requirements, and success metrics

• Work closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality releases
  
  

Drive Discovery & Improvement

• Research users, map journeys, and identify problems worth solving

• Turn insights into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes

Execute in Agile

• Write PRDs, specs, and acceptance criteria

• Support sprint planning, execution, and delivery tracking
  
  

Support Release Quality

• Perform light QA and production validation

• Verify features meet requirements before release

• Help triage issues and monitor post-launch performance
  
  

Communicate & Align

• Keep stakeholders informed on progress and results

• Incorporate feedback and data into continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements

Must Have

• Software development background or strong technical foundation

• Strong English communication (written and verbal)

• Clear and structured documentation skills

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

• Ability to connect product decisions to user value and business impact

• Comfortable working in agile, sprint-based environments
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working on new or early-stage product initiatives

• Experience with QA, product validation, or release support

• Strong prioritization and time management

• High ownership mindset and attention to detail

• Interest in sports or community-driven products
