We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team and help shape how our brand looks across different visual touchpoints, content and our communications. 

This role involves working on a variety of graphic design projects, including social media content, campaign visuals, education, and both digital and print materials. You will work closely with the Creative Lead to create social visuals that represent the Reclub brand in a consistent and thoughtful way.

Sports are at the core of Reclub. This role supports how we share sports culture and the lifestyle around it, through design, with a strong focus on quality, clarity, and consistency.

What You Will Do

  • Design graphic assets for different uses, such as:

    • Social media content

    • Campaign visuals

    • Digital and print posters

    • Print-on-demand or merchandise-related materials

  • Turn ideas, messages, and brand guidelines into strong visual content

  • Follow brand guidelines and Creative Lead direction

  • Keep visual quality and consistency across platforms

  • Suggest visual ideas based on sports culture and sporty lifestyle trends

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design

  • Comfortable designing for both digital and print

  • Strong interest in sports and active lifestyle

  • Comfortable working in an open, feedback-driven environment

  • Willing to learn and improve over time

Skills

Must-Have

  • Good skills in Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Strong design basics: layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy

  • Ability to adapt designs to different social formats

Nice-to-Have (Not Required at Start)

  • Interest in motion design (After Effects, CapCut, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of Figma or curiosity about UX/UI

  • Illustration or hand-drawing skills

  • Interest in storytelling through visuals

Soft Skills

  • Uses social media regularly and understands social content

  • Open to feedback and able to apply it

  • Communicates clearly and respectfully

  • Cares about quality and brand consistency

  • Proficient verbal English skills for everyday communication and design discussions, with working-level reading and writing abilities for basic documentation.
