⚠️ Please note: This is a competitive session and is not suitable for beginners. All requests will be reviewed, and players will only be accepted based on our assessment of their current playing ability and suitability for this session. DUPR alone will not determine eligibility.

No hard feelings if your request isn’t approved. Our goal is to create balanced, competitive games for everyone. Approval is based on suitability for this session and is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

📝 HOW TO JOIN

1. Request to join the session via Reclub.
2. Our team will review your profile and playing level.
3. Eligible players will be moved to the Waitlisted list.
4. Once placed on the Waitlisted list, kindly proceed with payment to secure your slot.

If you are unable to attend after confirmation, you may arrange for a replacement from the waitlist in accordance with our Slot Transfer Policy below.

⚠️ WAITLIST & SLOT TRANSFER POLICY

If the session is full and you are placed on the waitlist:

• Confirmed players who are unable to attend are responsible for finding a replacement from the waitlist.
• Slot transfers and payment arrangements should be handled directly between players.
• If you are unable to find a replacement, please inform the host as early as possible. We will do our best to assist in promoting your slot, although replacement cannot be guaranteed.
