🤝 Community Reminder: Our pickleball community is built on respect and inclusivity. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable during games and events. If at any time you feel uncomfortable whether with admins, friends, or fellow players, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of the admins privately. We handle concerns fairly and without bias.

👉 All meets are pay-to-secure. After reserving your slot at Reclub, you may settle your payment anytime to secure your slot. No need to wait for the payment deadline reminder.

❌ Unpaid slots may be placed on hold and offered to players on the waiting list to give others a chance to join.

🚫 No refunds or cancellations. However, you may transfer or sell your slot if you’re unable to attend.

🏓 Bring your paddle/racket if you have one.
Paddle rental at Paddle District: ₱50.00

⚠️ Everyone plays at their own comfort level. Please be mindful of your limits. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur during play.

Policies and Agreements
1. Data Privacy Consent
I give full consent to TAC Pickle Circle and Talisayan Alliance Church to collect, store, and process my personal information for the purpose of organizing club activities and related transactions.
I also allow the use of my photos and videos taken during club activities (open plays, tournaments, clinics, and events) for ministry and promotional purposes, with or without prior notice.

2. House Rules Compliance
I commit to follow all house rules set by TalisayanAC.
I understand that these rules may be updated as needed.

3. Release of Liability
I voluntarily participate in all activities and hereby release and hold harmless TAC Pickle Circle and TalisayanAC, including its leaders and representatives, from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation.

4. Enforcement
For any violation of these rules, the host and club leadership reserve the right to deny, suspend, or permanently ban access to the court.
