• Race to 11
• No Deuce to maximize the number of games.
• Player rotation will be managed through Reclub.

💳 Registration & Payment

💰 ₱200 per player

✅ Recurring players may pay in advance or at the court.
⏳ First-time players will initially be waitlisted. Your slot will only be confirmed once payment has been made.

For confirmed players who haven’t paid in advance, please arrive on time. We’ll allow a 30-minute grace period. After that, your slot may be given to the next waitlisted player who is already at the venue.

💳 If you paid in advance, your slot is secured even if you arrive late.

For players on the waitlist, a slot cannot be guaranteed. If a confirmed player doesn’t arrive within the grace period, priority will be given to waitlisted players who are already at the venue.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

There will be a 4-hour cancellation freeze before the scheduled meet.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the 4:00 PM start time (12:00 PM onwards) will not be refunded.

Cancellations made before the 4-hour cutoff remain eligible for a refund.

Please cancel early if you can’t make it so we can give your slot to another player and maximize everyone’s court time! 💚
