• First come, first served! Slots are limited and will be filled until full.

• Wait for confirmation first. Please wait for your name to be added to the waitlist before sending your payment.

• Payment confirmation. Once your payment is received, your name will be moved to the confirmed participants list.

• Non-refundable payments. Payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your slot to another player.

• Meet cancellations. If the meet is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances before it starts or before reaching the halfway point, your payment will be converted into play credits for a future schedule.

• Player cancellations. If you can no longer attend, please inform us at least 6 hours before the scheduled meet. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your slot, and no play credits will be issued.
