📍Beginners, Novice and Intermediate players will be playing together during the Open Play. This gives everyone a chance to enjoy a variety of matchups, improve their skills, and gain valuable playing experience.


📍 Sportsmanship & Respect

* Treat all players equally and respectfully regardless of skill level.
* Beginners are welcome—please be patient and supportive toward new players.
* No intentional dangerous shots, physical contact, or behavior that may put another player at unnecessary risk.
Remember: We are here to play, have fun, and build a pickleball community. 💚🏓

📍Drinklers Safety First

* Players are encouraged to warm up and stretch before playing.
* Wear appropriate sportswear and proper court shoes.
* Players should stay hydrated and take breaks when needed.
* Inform the organizer immediately if you feel unwell, injured, or unable to continue playing.
* Please be mindful of other players, equipment, walls, posts, and surrounding areas to avoid accidents.

📍Personal Belongings

* Players are responsible for their own personal belongings, including phones, wallets, bags, paddles, jewelry, and other valuables.
* The organizers/group will not be responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings.
* Please keep your valuables in a secure place and avoid bringing unnecessary items to the venue.

📍 Injuries & Accidents

* Pickleball is a physical activity and involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, and other injuries.
* By joining the open play, players acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in the activity.
* The organizers, group administrators, and coordinators will not be held responsible or liable for injuries, accidents, medical expenses, or other losses arising from participation in the open play.
* Players are responsible for knowing their own physical limitations and should participate only if they are physically fit to play.
* In case of an emergency, reasonable assistance will be provided, but any medical treatment or related expenses shall be the responsibility of the player.

📍 Organizer’s Right to Refuse Participation

* The organizers reserve the right to ask a player to stop playing or leave the event if their behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, disruptive, or violates these rules.

📍Participation Agreement

By joining our Pickleball Open Play, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Rules & Regulations.

You acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport with inherent risks and voluntarily participate at your own risk. You agree to take responsibility for your own safety, health, and personal belongings while participating in the event.

2. Upon requesting to join, kindly settle your registration through gcash payment system.
3. Upload your payment receipt in the Chat tab.
4. You will be then transferred to confirmed players list.

• Only players who have completed their payment are officially confirmed to play.
