📲 Check-in & Account Registration

1️⃣ Regular Players
Please have your Cock Smashers Web App ready for QR code check-in. If you’ve played with us before but haven’t registered yet, please create your account at cocksmashersph.com.

You may then use the self check-in feature by scanning the QR code provided by the QM during the meet.

If you don’t know your queueing name, just message Admin Cock.

2️⃣ New Players
Please do not register yet. Approach the QM first for manual check-in and account registration assistance. Once your manual check-in is complete, you may proceed with creating your account.

Please provide your game name in this format: [Name] [Surname Initial].

⚠️ Player Rules & Reminders
• Strictly no walk-ins. Only players confirmed via Reclub (not waitlisted) can play.
• Please maintain a healthy and respectful playing environment. Avoid unsportsmanlike behavior and treat your fellow players with respect. 🤝

❗️Club Rules Acknowledgment❗️
By joining and confirming your slot in this meet, you acknowledge and agree to follow the Cock Smashers Club Rules, including the cancellation, no-show, late cancellation, and slot transfer policies stated below.

📌 Cancellation & Slot Transfer Policy
• Cancellations: Not allowed within 12 hours before the start time.
• No-show / Late Cancellations: ₱200 — rain or shine, this fee still applies if you don’t show up. If the meet is officially cancelled by the organizers due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, the cancellation/no-show fee will not apply.
• Unpaid Fees: Failure to pay the queueing fee or any applicable cancellation/no-show fee will prohibit you from joining future meets.
• Slot Transfers: If there is a waitlist after the 12-hour cancellation freeze, you may transfer your slot to someone on the waitlist. Please message them first to confirm that they are still interested and available to join. They must acknowledge and confirm the transfer in the meet chat and pay the applicable fee themselves before the transfer is accepted.

💳 Payment After the Meet — Regular Players
Regular players may settle their payment after the meet ends. You can find our payment channels under the Payments tab of the meet. We will also send the QR codes in the meet chat after the session.

📌 Please upload your payment receipt through the Payments tab instead of sending it in the chat to help avoid chat flooding. Let’s utilize this feature moving forward.

Thank you, and see you on the courts! 🏸
