📌 How to secure your slot

Reserve your spot first! Once your slot is confirmed, payment can be settled until 12 noon the day before the event.

Want to secure your slot right away? You may also pay in advance.

If payment isn’t settled by the deadline, your slot will be opened to the next player.

• Open to all skill levels
• Players will be grouped according to their skill level as much as possible for more balanced and enjoyable games
• Random matching through the PickleQ System for fair game rotation
• Fast rotation so everyone gets more games
• Standard Open Play scoring
• Sudden death by 12

🚫 Need to cancel?

Payments are non-refundable, but your slot can be transferred to another player. Once someone takes your slot, just let the admin know so we can update the list.
