Acceptance Process:

2. Make payment and Upload Receipt
3. Wait for slot confirmation

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
• Payment is non-refundable
• No rescheduling of slot
• If you can’t attend, you may send a replacement player, but must strictly be coordinated with the admin

Play Format & Guidelines:
• Auto balanced set up
• Standard open play scoring
• Race to 11 points (no win-by-2)
• First to 11 points wins, if tied 10-10, next point wins
