Proper Court Attire
Players are required to wear appropriate athletic attire and court shoes at all times to ensure safe play.

Cleanliness & Respect for the Space
Help us maintain a premium playing environment by disposing of waste properly and keeping the courts clean before, during, and after your session.

Food & Beverage Policy
Food and beverages are permitted only at the View Deck.
No food are allowed inside the playing courts (water bottles are permitted).

Strictly No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the facility to ensure a clean, comfortable, and healthy environment for all players.

Pet Policy
Small pets are allowed as long as proper pet etiquette is maintained and they are kept securely on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
For everyone's safety, children must not be left unattended in the courts, playing areas, or in the view deck. Ace Pickleball is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from unsupervised children.

Cancellations must be made no later than 6:00 PM, one (1) day prior to the scheduled play date.
Cancellations made after 6:00 PM (1 day before) will be considered late and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-Show Policy
No-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment, with no refund, credit, or reschedule. Failure to attend the booked slot for court rental and open play is strictly non-transferable to another day/date and/or players.
