PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Once your name is confirmed on the official participants list, **you are committed to paying the participation fee, whether you attend or not.**

If you can no longer attend and have already paid, please find a replacement player and coordinate with the organizers for approval.

**NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.**

Please register responsibly, honor your commitment, and respect the time and effort involved in organizing our games.

To ensure fair play, smooth game rotation, and an enjoyable experience for everyone, all participants are expected to follow these rules and regulations.

**1. Fixed-Pair Format**

* Players must register and play with their assigned or registered partners.
* Changing partners during the session is not allowed unless approved by the organizers.
* Both players in each pair are responsible for coordinating their attendance.

**2. Attendance and Punctuality**

* All confirmed participants are expected to arrive on time.
* Please inform the organizers in advance if you anticipate being late or are unable to attend.
* Late arrivals may affect the game schedule and rotation.

**3. Game Rotation and Court Etiquette**

* Follow the designated game schedule, rotation, and court assignments.
* Respect all players, opponents, and organizers.
* Be honest with line calls, follow the agreed game rules, and maintain good sportsmanship.
* Avoid unnecessary delays so everyone gets a fair opportunity to play.

**4. Registration and Participation**

* Only registered and confirmed participants are included in the official playing list.
* Please do not assume a slot is secured until your participation has been confirmed by the organizers.
* Any replacement player must be coordinated with and approved by the organizers.

**5. Payment Policy**

* Participants must settle the required participation fee within the deadline announced by the organizers.
* Once a player is confirmed on the official list of participants, **payment is required whether she attends or not.**
* A confirmed slot is reserved specifically for that player, and the organizers make arrangements based on the final participant list.

**6. No-Refund Policy and Replacements**

* **All payments are non-refundable.**
* If a confirmed and paid participant becomes unable to attend, she is responsible for finding a suitable replacement.
* Any replacement must be communicated to and approved by the organizers before the session.
* Refunds will not be issued for absences, last-minute cancellations, or changes in personal plans.
* Please commit only if you are reasonably sure you can attend.

**7. Safety and Sportsmanship**

* Wear appropriate pickleball attire and court shoes.
* Bring your own paddle, water, and other personal essentials.
* Play safely, respect everyone's skill level, and keep the games friendly and enjoyable.
* The organizers reserve the right to address concerns or make final decisions regarding game arrangements and rule enforcement.
