CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

GCash Payments:
🔻 Require at least 4 hours' notice before the game.
🔻 Your payment will be credited/transferred to the next available open play session.

Last-Minute Cancellations (Under 24 hours / No-Shows):
🔻 Non-refundable and non-transferable
🔻 To recover your slot fee, you may sell or transfer your slot to another player and notify us via message.

OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

🔻 Every match may begin with a 2-3 minute dinking warm-up before the first serve.
🔻 Win by 11 (No Deuce).
🔻 Self-Report Score (Preferably before serving to avoid confusion).
🔻 Pickle Que: We will uphold integrity and make sure everyone gets the fair/equal amount of games.

Sportsmanship & Conduct

🔻 Play with Integrity: Bring honesty, respect, and good sportsmanship to every game.
🔻 Keep It Fair: Call lines accurately and respect general court etiquette.
🔻 Respect Everyone: Unsafe play, intimidation, or verbal abuse will lead to an immediate dismissal with no refund.
