⭐ Sterling Draft Night — MLP-Style Team Tournament

Ever wondered what it’s like to get drafted? Join us for a lively night of team pickleball at Sterling Sport & Wellness. 🔥

Six captains — Ploy, Lynn, Organ, Pinky, Mild, and Miaomiao — will build their teams in a live, 30-second snake draft on the big screen, with an announcer calling each pick. 🎤 Teams will have 5–6 players, with partners rotating during play.

We’ll use tournament software to run the event, from the live draft to letting you know which court to play on.

Matches use fixed-side rally scoring: teams stay on their assigned side, and every rally earns a point.

This is a just-for-fun event — not DUPR-rated. No prizes, just bragging rights. 🏆

Player Level: This event is not suitable for beginners. Players should be comfortable with the rules, able to serve and return consistently, and sustain rallies.

Check in by 7:55 PM; the draft starts at 8:05 PM. Tournament play runs until around 11 PM. You’re welcome to stay for optional social games until 11:30 PM.
