If you want to join our Open Play (OP), PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. OP REQUEST AND PAYMENT:

• Please send your payment so i can approve your request.

• KIndly make sure that you attach your payment in the Payment Tab so i can check it easier.

• If you send it via direct message, i might not be able to read it right away and you might run out of slots.

• NO UPLOADED PAYMENT, NO APPROVAL.

• 1st come 1st served for approval in terms of who paid first.

2. REFUND POLICY:

✅ Refunds will ONLY be issued to players who have paid but were NOT approved to play.

❌ No refunds will be given to approved players who:

-Cancel on the same day of the game, or
-Fail to show up for their scheduled game.

❌ Transferring of payment to another date is also not allowed under any circumstances.

3. PARKING GUIDELINES:

For NON-RESIDENTS:
• Please enter through the MAIN COURT GATE along C. Raymundo Avenue and park in front of the chapel.

• Just open the gate and put down one corner of the perimeter net.

• Kindly close the gate after you, and hook the net back.

• If there is an ongoing game, the game will pause to let you pass.

• Parking inside DJS through our village gate (Gate 4) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED unless all of the parking spaces in front of the chapel have been utilized.

• Please do not park on spaces with the NO PARKING sign, and do not park in front of residents' driveways.

• The open parking lot beside the court is a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE, and parking there is strictly prohibited.

• Carpooling with your companions is advised.

• Kindly adhere to and respect our village rules and regulations.

4. GUIDELINES FOR FIRST TIME PICKLEBALL PLAYERS

• DJS Pickleball Club welcomes all levels of players as long as they already know the basic gameplay, rules and scoring of Pickleball.

• For 1st timers (1st time to try Pickleball) or if you are a player who is bringing a first timer, please make sure that they know how to play the game already (basic gameplay/rules/scoring) before they stack with other players during Open Play.

• You may teach them beforehand because TEACHING THE BASIC RULES/GAMEPLAY DURING THE ACTUAL GAME ON THE COURT IS NOT ALLOWED.

• This is to ensure that the court/stack rotation is not affected, and we can preserve the quality of gameplay for the other players.

• We also offer Intro to Pickleball Training from time to time (you may inquire about the next training session)
