1. Send a Join Request

Wait for your name to appear on the waitlist.

2. Secure Your Slot With Payment (via GCash)

• Upload your payment screenshot in the game’s group chat.
• Slots are confirmed based on verified payments, not waitlist order.
• If your mobile number can't send via GCash, you may pay through any 7-Eleven / Supermarket GCash kiosk.

3. Host Confirmation
Once payment is verified, you'll be moved from WAITLIST → CONFIRMED.

QUEUEING FORMAT (players)

• 3 minutes dinking for new players on the courts. Will proceed PBS once you already played with others.
• For better rotation and queuing, PickleQ will be utilized.

VENUE ENTRY — PLEASE READ

• Though we booked the 5PM slot, everyone is encouraged to go to the courts as early as 4PM since there are instances that no one is utilizing it. Good thing, we can practice our dinking and shots.
• Just a friendly reminder that parking slots at the venue are limited. To help avoid parking hassles and delays, we highly recommend commuting, carpooling, or sharing rides with fellow players.

REMINDERS

• No payment = No slot.
• Once slots are full, please don't send payment.
• If payments are sent simultaneously when slots are full, we will issue a refund.
• No walk-ins. Only confirmed players may join.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• You may transfer your slot to another player if you find a replacement.
