😓 NO PADDLE?
• Don’t worry! We offer paddle rentals for only ₱100 for the whole open play duration! Just let the organizers know ahead of time.

• Skill-Separated Matching via PicklerQ
• Enjoy games with the same skill partners and opponents as teams are balanced automatically every round

🏓 SCORING FORMAT
• Standard Open Play Scoring
• Sudden death to 11 (no deuce) for fast rotation

📢 HOW TO JOIN
• Review the event details and ensure you're available to participate.
• Tap "Request to Join" on Reclub and wait for confirmation from the organizers.
• Once approved, send your payment and upload your proof of payment in the meet chat or directly to one of the organizers. Please include your Reclub name for easier verification.
• Wait for an admin confirmation reaction. Once confirmed, your slot is officially secured.
• Bringing a +1? Simply send their full name together with the proof of payment covering both players.

🌧️ WEATHER POLICY
Our reserved courts are outdoor courts.
If rain interrupts the games, refunds will be based on the remaining playing time.

Example:
If play starts at 05:00 PM and is stopped by rain at 06:00 PM, there are 2 hours remaining. Refunds will be computed based on the remaining time (₱200÷ 3 = approximately ₱66 per remaining hour).

Please Note:
• Refunds will only be given to players who are present at the venue when play is officially stopped due to rain.
• If it's raining in your area but the courts remain playable, no refund will be issued.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• First paid, first served basis.
• Slots are limited and available until full.
• Payments are non-refundable but transferable.
• No-show means a forfeited slot.
• Slot transfers are allowed, but organizers must be informed beforehand.
• Fixed pairing requests must be communicated before the event starts. Pairing requests during the session will not be accommodated to avoid rotation and queuing issues.
• Players who arrive late will be inserted into the next available rotation.
