🎯 Session Expectations:

This is a social-focused session, not competitive play. Advanced players are welcome with the understanding that:
• Mixed-level games will happen
• Rotations are not skill-based
• No exclusive advanced-only courts
• Focus on rallies & fun over winning

🚥 Host Discretion:

To maintain a safe, balanced, and enjoyable session for everyone, the host reserves the right to manage participation, including accepting, declining, or adjusting player requests when necessary.

📋 How to Join (First Pay, First Served):

1️⃣ REQUESTED
• ❌ Please do not make payment yet
• ⚠️ Kindly wait for confirmation from the host
• ⚠️ Your request has been received, but the slot is not guaranteed at this stage
• ⚠️ If your status is moved from “Requested” to “Confirmed” by the host, kindly complete payment within the stated timeframe to secure your attendance
• ⚠️ If the session is full and there are other interested players on the waiting list, unpaid slots may be released and prioritised for players who are ready to confirm their attendance with payment

2️⃣ WAITLISTED (Managed by Host)
• ⚠️ You have been manually shortlisted by the host for an available slot. Kindly complete payment within the given timeframe to secure your slot, otherwise the unpaid slot may be offered to other players
• ✅ Kindly send proof of payment (Touch ’n Go screenshot) to the host after payment has been made

OR

2️⃣ WAITLISTED (Auto by Reclub – Session Full)
• ⚠️ Your status will be automatically updated to “Waitlisted” by Reclub if you accept the invitation after the session has reached full capacity
• ⚠️ You have been placed into Reclub’s waiting queue system
• ❌ Please do not make payment yet
• ⚠️ The host will review and contact players if slots become available

3️⃣ CONFIRMED
• ✅ Payment received and slot secured
• ✅ You’re all set for the session! 🎉

• Rally scoring to 15
• 4 In / 4 Out rotation system
• At 14–14: Sudden death (first point wins)

🍳 Paddle Stacking Rules:

• One paddle per player
• Do not move others’ paddles
• Place paddles gently
• Hosts may assist with rotation

🛋️ Resting = paddle not in active stack area

✅ Replacement allowed (host approval required)
🚫 No-show may affect future priority
