🎯 Goal

Welcome to Herz & fem Guided Drills! 💛
This session is specially designed for ladies who already have a stable pickleball foundation and want to improve their shot execution, reaction and decision-making during games.

❌ NO BEGINNERS
We’ll focus on forehand counters and smashes to help you handle faster balls with more confidence, improve your attacking game and recognise when to counter or attack during rallies.

Come ready to drill, learn and level up your game! 🔥

📍 Location: Combat Shooting Club, Chan Sow Lin

👥 No. of Pax: 4 pax per court only

Training Agenda:
➡️ Forehand Counter
• Improve forehand counter technique and consistency
• Work on timing, control and reaction
• Learn how to handle faster balls with better confidence
• Improve decision-making when countering during rallies

➡️ Smash
• Build proper smash technique and execution
• Improve timing, placement and power
• Learn when to attack and finish the point
• Practise transitioning from defence to offence

➡️ 30 Minutes Social Game
• Apply what we’ve learned during the guided drills
• Put your forehand counters and smashes into real game situations
• Practise making better decisions during rallies

➡️ Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the session is non-refundable.
