*Wet Weather Policy – Eccentric at SRC Franklin Courts*

SRC Franklin Courts are non-sheltered outdoor courts and are subject to weather conditions beyond Eccentric’s control. By registering, players accept the risks of outdoor play.

SRC charges court fees hourly based on weather conditions at the start of each booked hour. If there is no rain at the start of an hour, Eccentric is charged for that hour.

Each 3-hour session is structured such that Eccentric absorbs the first hour of court cost, making the first hour complimentary and effectively scheduled to commence at 8:00pm. Rain during this first hour does not entitle players to cancellation or credit refund, as this complimentary period is already covered by Eccentric.

*Key rules for a 7:00pm – 10:00pm session*:

- Once the game starts at 7:00pm, there will be no credit refund if rain happens subsequently.

- Rain at First Hour (7:00pm): Session is delayed until conditions permit. No credit refund applies as the first hour cost is absorbed by Eccentric.
- Rain continues beyond Second Hour (8:00pm): The session is cancelled via an official announcement, and players will receive a credit valid for 1 month. Cash refunds are not provided.
- Wet Courts: If rain has stopped before the second hour, but the courts remain wet, the session will continue once the courts are safe for play and are being dried. This does not constitute a cancellation, and no credit or refund will be provided.

If a session is cancelled after 8:00pm, it will not resume even if the rain stops later, as the remaining time would be insufficient for a meaningful session. Eccentric will bear any remaining court costs.

Players who choose not to attend based on personal assessment of weather or informal advice do so at their own risk. Without an official cancellation by Eccentric, no credits will be issued if the session proceeds.

Wet weather is unpredictable in outdoor sport. This policy defines clearly when credits apply and when they do not.

By registering, players accept the risks associated with outdoor play and agree to abide by Eccentric's decisions regarding the delay, continuation, cancellation and credit refunds of the sessions due to weather conditions.

Thanks for understanding, and let’s all have a great time on court! 🎉
