📊 Skill Level: Beginner+ to Intermediate
No "Pure" Newbies: Must know basic rules and scoring.

⏰ Court Etiquette & Punctuality
· Punctuality Priority: Kudos to those coming on time! Latecomers will not be jumped into active rotation; please stack your paddle and queue for your turn.
· Warm-Up: 1st game warm-up is strictly capped at a 3-minute maximum to maximize playing time.

🔄 The Ladder Format & Rotation
We are running a moving ladder across 3 courts. Your performance decides your court!

👑 Court Hierarchy
· Premier 1 (Top Court)
· Premier 2 (Mid Court)
· Training (Base Court)

🔢 Scoring & Match Play
· Rally Scoring to 15. At 14-14, it’s "Serve to Win"! ⚡

🔄 Standard Rotation (The Flow)
· Win & Climb: The winning pair climbs up a court (Training ➡️ Premier 2 ➡️ Premier 1).
· Lose & Drop: The losing pair drops down a court (Premier 1 ➡️ Premier 2 ➡️ Training).
· Defend the Castle: If you win on Premier 1, you stay on top. If you lose on Training, you stay to fight your way back up.

🛑 The "Anti-Jam" Pivot Rules (When Premier 2 is Still Playing)
To keep the momentum going and stop players from freezing while Premier 2 is locked in a long battle, we use the Premier 2 Basket Bypass:

💡 If Premier 1 or Training finishes their game early, but Premier 2 is still playing:
· The Bottom Cross (Training Court Opens): If the Training Court finishes first and only 2 paddles are in the Base basket, those 2 players can immediately pull the 2 losing paddles from Premier 1 that are currently waiting in the Premier 2 basket. They play against each other on the open Training Court!
· The Top Cross (Premier 1 Court Opens): If the Premier 1 Court finishes first and only 2 paddles are in the Top basket, those 2 players can immediately pull the 2 winning paddles from Training that are currently waiting in the Premier 2 basket. They play against each other on the open Premier 1 Court!

In short: If a court opens up and you only have 2 players, don't wait—rob the Premier 2 basket and start playing!
