🟢 HOW TO JOIN
1. Send a request to join the event.
2. Wait for the host to move you to the Waitlist.
3. Once in the Waitlist, pay the event fee via GCash and send proof of payment in the chat.
4. Payments will be processed in a first come first serve basis.

Please do not send payment unless your slot has been confirmed by the host.

🟢 MATCH FORMAT

• Singles
• First to 4 games
• 1 regular deuce, then sudden death on the next deuce
• No tiebreak at 3-3, continue playing until one player reaches 4 games
• Players are assured atleast 3 matches each

🟢 CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments are non-refundable once your slot is confirmed.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another eligible player. Please inform the host of any replacement before the event.
