🏓 HOW TO JOIN

1. Request to Join

Once you request to join, you will be placed on the WAITLIST.

Players on the waitlist who complete their payment first will be prioritized for slot confirmation.

2. Pay & Upload Your Receipt

Please send your game fee through:

3. Slot Confirmation

To help us organize the games and ensure balanced matchups, please indicate your playing level in the Message Tab using this format:

Name – Beginner / Low Intermediate / High Intermediate / Advanced

🏓 DURING OPEN PLAY

1. CHECK-IN

Upon arrival at Dink Academy, please approach the event organizer or staff and inform them that you are playing for:

“DINK ACADEMY OPEN PLAY”

Please also state your honest skill level when checking in.

2. QUEUEING

After checking in, please make sure your name is properly entered into the queueing system before playing.

Wait for your name to be called before entering the court, and follow the assigned court rotations.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player who can take your place. Please inform the organizers in advance so we can properly update the participant list.
