Open Play Guidelines:

A) Pay Before Play (Secure Your Slot)
1. Submit a join request.
2. Pay the fee and upload the receipt on the 'Payment' tab.

Reminder:
DO NOT pay if there are no open slots on the confirmed list.

B) Get Confirmed Faster
If you're guaranteed to attend and ready to pay:
* Send a DM with your intent to join.
* You’ll be added to the confirmed list while awaiting your receipt upload.

Open Play Guidelines – Please Read Carefully

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we would like to kindly reiterate our Open Play policies:

A) Pay Before Play – Secure Your Slot
1. Submit a join request via RECLUB.
2. Settle the payment and upload your proof of payment under the ‘Payment’ tab on RECLUB.

✅ Important: Your slot will only be confirmed once the receipt is uploaded in the RECLUB app. Please note that private messages will not be considered, as our admins are unable to monitor all messages due to the high volume.

If you are bringing a Plus 1, their payment receipt must also be uploaded. If the payment for both is made in one transaction, kindly upload the same receipt to your Plus 1’s slot as well.

⏰ Rescheduling Policy:
Any request to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the playtime. Otherwise, the slot will be considered forfeited.
