📌 Slot Confirmation & Payments

1. Payment First Basis

* Slots are secured only after payment
* First to pay = first confirmed

2. Upload Payment

* Upload your proof of payment in the Reclub Payments Tab
* This allows us to verify and tag your slot as PAID

3. Waitlist System

* If slots are full, you will be placed on waitlist
* Once a slot opens, payment is required to secure it

🎾 Game Format

🏁 Games are played to 11 points (no slide)
🤝 Open play format – rotate players through Pickle Q App, mix games, and enjoy

This session is designed to mingle, meet new players, and enjoy the game

🚫 No Walk-Ins
We are keeping the player count limited so everything runs smoothly.

No slot means no walk-in play.


🔄 Cancellations

• Payments are non-refundable
• Slots are transferable (pasalo allowed)
• Kindly inform the admin for any slot transfers

✋🏻 Contingencies

Due to the rain that affects our Open Plays(since dinkyard is an outdoor venue) 

Players can either choose to CREDIT or REFUND(via GCASH or bank transfer*) their OP fee for OPs that HAVE NOT STARTED YET.

*Applicable Bank transfer fees are charged to the player

Scenarios:

1st Scenario: 

Open play is affected by rain BEFORE the starting time, players would have 2 options: 

1. Credit your payment to us then use it for your next OP with us
2. Refund your payment from us via GCASH/Bank Transfer*

Process
- Send your GCASH # to us (The RECLUB USER who will chat us should be the one who is in the CONFIRMED LIST of the OP, we won't entertain outside accounts)

*If the player chooses to bank deposit their refund, we will be charging the applicable transfer fees to the player


2nd scenario:

Open Play already started then it would rain 1-2 hours after. The CHECKED IN players would have CREDITS only. 
- Credits would vary depending on what time it will rain
 * No shows would not have credits *
