Open Play Guide:

📎 HARD COURT, we recommend wearing proper court shoes designed for hard courts to ensure the best performance, comfort, and safety while playing.

📎 SKILL-BASED STACKING, with the help of PICKLEQ, court rotation and stacking system is ensured to be organized and efficient throughout each rotation of players. Matchups are arranged based on player skill levels whenever possible, creating balanced, competitive, and enjoyable games for everyone.

📎 TRAINING & DRILLS, a one-hour Skills Training & Drills session is held before the start of Open Play for players who want to improve their fundamentals, technique, and overall game. The session is designed so that up to four players can complete a focused 20-minute drill rotation, covering key pickleball skills such as dinks, volleys, resets, serves, and returns. This format provides quality repetitions while maximizing court time and allowing more players to participate before Open Play begins.

📎 PLAY HARD, RESPECT HARDER, you can play with intensity, but always put sportsmanship first. Respect your opponents, your partners, court etiquette, and every player in our community. Great games are built not only on skill, but also on respect.

Note:

🥒 The number provided in the Payment Tab is our only account for online payment transactions.

🥒 If the session has already reached its maximum number of confirmed players, please do not send your payment. We will not be able to accept additional participants beyond the session's player limit.

🥒 If you're paying for two or more players, you may send a single payment receipt in the chat and indicate the names of all the players included in the payment.

🥒 Once a player has been added to the confirmed roster, all payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reserved slot to another player. Please inform the organizers of the replacement player before the session so the roster can be updated accordingly.

Important:

❗️If the Open Play session is already full and you're on the waitlist, please do not send your payment. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate walk-ins or any players beyond the confirmed participant list.

❗️We’re introducing a Payment First Policy to help us manage registrations more efficiently and reduce the number of no-shows.

❗️ Beginners are welcome to join our Open Play sessions. However, participants are expected to have a basic understanding of pickleball rules, scoring, and court etiquette before playing. This allows games to run smoothly and ensures a better experience for all players.

❗️ Your safety is our priority. Please play within your skill level, stay aware of your surroundings, and exercise caution during play to help prevent injuries. If you feel unwell, sustain an injury, or notice any safety concerns on or around the court, please stop playing and notify one of the organizers immediately so we can provide assistance and address the situation as quickly as possible.
