04 — Slots are confirmed in the order payment receipts are received, not by waitlist position.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY

To keep sessions organized and fair for all players, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session
→ eligible for full session credit or full refund

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session
→ non-refundable and non-creditable

However, players may still:
• transfer their slot to another player, or
• find a replacement for their spot

This policy helps us manage court reservations, player rotations, and waitlists fairly while keeping sessions running smoothly for everyone.

Participation in OFF/COURT sessions is at your own discretion and risk. OFF/COURT and its organizers will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during sessions.
