JONIN TRAINING SESSION | Level Intermediate

Prerequisites :
Solid foundation in padel basics.

Entry Indicators:
• Confident with single & side-wall rebounds
• Sustain medium rallies with consistency

Training Focus:
1. Develop powerful and precise shots to dominate opponents, including timing and placement
2. Learn to deceive opponents with soft and strategic shots, including trajectory and speed control
3. Develop game-changing strategies to outmaneuver opponents, including reading opponents' movements and anticipating shots
4. High-Intensity Drills: Improve your endurance and reaction time with intense drills, including agility training and quick reactions
5. Guided Play: Apply advanced techniques in game-like situations, including scenario training and tactical play

Training Benefits:
1. Refine your skills and techniques with personalized coaching and feedback
2. Improve your physical and mental endurance with high-intensity training

Objectives:
• Sharpen tactical decision-making at pace
• Develop smarter finishing tools (not only power)
• Improve anticipation & point construction

Techniques:
• Overheads → Advanced Bandeja (deep control), intro Vibora (side-spin), placement Gancho/smashes
• Volleys → Drop & angled volleys, volley-chiquita combos
• Serve → Variations with slice/side-spin and placement
• Wall Play → Double-wall return, counter-lob setups
• Defense → Reset lob, block volley, counter-lob under pressure, offense setup

Tactical Focus:
• Control rally tempo
• Build points with patience & angles
• Anticipate opponent positioning
• Defense vs attack transitions
• Maintain intensity in long rallies
• Apply smarter finishing options at speed

To join Jonin, you should have basic skills such as:

✅ Groundstroke fundamentals (forehand, backhand, slice, lob)
✅ Net play (volley, bandeja)
✅ Serve and return
✅ Wall shots (back-wall/side-wall)
✅ Basic court movement and positioning
✅ Can do rally
✅ Understand the rules and scoring system in padel

💡 TRAINING FORMATS 💡

Group Session Format
2 Hours – 4 Players – Drilling & Guided Play

Session Flow (120 mins):
1. Warm-Up
2. Technical Drills
3. Tactical / Movement Drills
4. Guided Play

🎾 Balls are provided
🏓 Racket is not provided, but you can rent it. Racket rental available on court.

Important Details :

1. ENSURE AVAILABILITY
- Make sure you only book a schedule that you can truly attend.

2. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
- Steps :💡 REQUEST > WAITLISTED > PAYMENT > YOU ARE CONFIRMED! 💡
- Do not make payment before your reservation status changes to "WAITLISTED".
- ⁠⛔️ DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT IF YOU ARE STILL ON THE REQUESTED.
- ⁠Payment is only valid after host/admin confirm your slot.

3. SECURE YOUR SLOT
- Complete the payment promptly to secure your slot.

4. PROOF OF PAYMENT
- Send proof of payment in the designated meet/chat or upload it on your slot.
- Don't DM the host directly for payment receipts to make things easier to understand and to keep things organized!

5. FAILURE TO CONFIRM PAYMENT AFTER REMINDERS
- Failure to confirm payment after reminders may result in slot replacement.

6. UNPAID SLOTS
- Unpaid slots can be replaced by the host/admin at any time.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY ⚠️

1.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATION BEFORE D-48 HOURS
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations can be made before D-48 hours from the schedule, and you will receive a refund to your account. Banzai will be responsible for finding a replacement.

2.⁠ ⁠NO REFUND/CANCELLATIONS AFTER D-48 HOURS
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made within D-48 hours from the schedule will not be eligible for a refund or deposit.

3.⁠ ⁠SLOT TRANSFER AFTER D-48 HOURS
•⁠ ⁠Although cancellations within D-48 hours are not refundable, you can still transfer your slot to another person (with Banzai's approval). You are required to find your own replacement.

4.⁠ ⁠BANZAI’S REPLACEMENT POLICY
•⁠ ⁠To prevent impulsive slots war & last minute cancellations, Banzai will not provide a replacement. If Banzai provides a replacement after cancellation within D-48 hours, the refund or deposit policy will not apply.
