❎ Refund and Cancellation Policy
To give everyone a fair chance to secure a spot and play, we have implemented a Cancellation Freeze. Cancellation Freeze starts 12 hours before the Open Play
• Cancellation at least 12 hours: Refundable
• Cancellation 6-12 hours before OP: Non-refundable but may be applied as an OP credit
• Cancellation less than 6 hours before OP or no-show: Payment will be forfeited
