💳 PAYMENT POLICY
・ Pay Before Play — Only fully paid players may join the queue.
・ Payment must be completed before the session starts.
・ Please send/upload your GCash payment confirmation to the group chat.

🔄 QUEUEING SYSTEM
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
・ Winners vs. Winners
・ Losers vs. Losers
・ Players rotate according to the queue.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
・ Set plays are allowed depending on court availability.
・ Final game arrangements are subject to management discretion.
・ Queue management remains at the organizers’ discretion to maintain fairness and smooth game flow.

🚫 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Please be considerate of other players and their reserved slots.
・ 4+ hours before the session: Eligible for a refund or credit.
・ Less than 4 hours before the session: Considered a late cancellation and non-refundable.
・ No-show without prior notice: The player will be marked as a No-Show.
・ Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary restrictions from joining future Open Play sessions.
