🕖 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📍 PickleSquad Jelutong (Courts 1, 2 )

👶 Beginner Friendly – Don't be shy, just come and play!

⚠️ Minimum 6 players are required for the session to proceed. If fewer than 6 players register, the session will be automatically cancelled.

🏓 Session Format

✅ DUPR Submitted Matches

• All matches will be submitted to DUPR.
• Mixed Gender Session.
• Rotating Partner Doubles Format.
• Partners and opponents will be automatically assigned via Reclub.
• Players may be divided into 2 or 3 groups based on skill level and registration numbers.
• Round Robin Format followed by social games (subject to time availability).
• Organizer may adjust match schedules when necessary to ensure all players receive as equal playing time as possible.

✨ Match Rules

• Rally Scoring to 15 Points.
• At 14-14: Sudden Death
• Warm-up is limited to 2 minutes per match.
• Please arrive on time to avoid delays to the draw schedule.
• Bring your own paddle.
• Game balls will be provided.

🤝 Sportsmanship & Conduct

We encourage competitive play while maintaining a positive and respectful environment.

⚠️ The Host and Organizer reserve the right to:

• Remove players who display unsportsmanlike conduct or inappropriate behaviour.
• Modify the playing format when necessary to maximize player experience and court efficiency.
• Accept players whose DUPR ratings are slightly above or below the stated session limits.
• Adjust the maximum number of participants when necessary.

Participant capacity may be finalized at 12:00 PM on the event day to allow sufficient time for draw preparation. Register and complete payment early to avoid disappointment.

⚠️ Registration & Payment Policy

Players will be placed on the waiting list upon registration until payment is received and verified.

The Host reserve all rights to verify, approve, reject, and determine the validity of any payment and participation status.

📌 Payment Rules:
• Please make payment before 12:00 PM on the event day to secure your slot
• Players who have not paid by the deadline will be moved to the waitlist
• Their slot may be released to other players
• Please avoid last-minute cancellations
• ❌ No refunds for cancellations made on the same day
• All refunds will be provided via Game Credit Only (No cash refund will be issued)

• Game Session Name & Time
• Reclub Name
• Game Credit Deduction Amount (if any)

⚡ Last-Minute Join

• Last-minute walk-in players are welcome if slots are still available
• On-the-spot payment is required and must be approved by the host
• Payment must be made directly to the payment collector before joining play

🌧️ Rain & Attendance Policy

Session fee will be stated per event
Duration varies by session

⚠️ Rain Refund Policy (Hourly Basis) ⚠️

Refunds are calculated based on hourly usage
If more than 50% of an hour is played → No refund for that hour
If less than 50% of an hour is played → Refund will be issued as credit (RM value based on session fee per hour)
Credits can be used for future social play sessions
No cash refund is allowed

⚠️ Rain Attendance Policy ⚠️

Light rain / drizzling conditions are considered playable unless stated otherwise by host
If the session is ongoing and playable, it will be considered an active session
→ Players who choose not to attend will not be eligible for refund or credit
If the session is stopped by the host due to weather, the Rain Refund Policy will apply

‼️ Pre-Session Rain Policy ‼️

If it rains before the session starts, the session will still proceed as scheduled unless officially cancelled by the host
If the session proceeds as planned:
→ Players who do not attend will be considered no-show
→ No refund or credit will be provided
If the session is officially cancelled by the host before start time:
→ Full credit will be issued
Players are advised to wait for official confirmation from host before deciding not to attend

‼️ Important Notes ‼️

Refunds are strictly calculated hour by hour
Credit amount is based on session fee per hour (e.g. RM18 / 2 hours = RM9/hour)
Credits are non-transferable unless stated otherwise
Final decision on playability and safety lies with the host

✅ Example Scenario

If a 2-hour session runs from 7PM – 9PM (RM18 per person) and rain starts at 7:45PM:

7PM – 8PM: More than 50% played → No refund
8PM – 9PM: Cannot play → RM9 credit (RM18 ÷ 2 hours)

🔶 Total credit: RM9
