• Includes ₱100 food consumable

• Your slot is confirmed once payment has been received

⭐️Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in pickleball involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, and any other injuries that may occur.

⭐️Health Declaration: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in sports activities. I will immediately inform event organizers if I experience any discomfort or health concerns during the event.

⭐️Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless the event organizers, venue owners, operators, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from my participation in this event.

⭐️Venue Rules: I agree to follow all posted rules, regulations, and instructions from event organizers and venue staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

⭐️Personal Property: I understand that the organizers and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

⭐️Photo/Video Consent: I consent to being photographed or recorded during the event for promotional and fundraising purposes unless I notify the organizers otherwise.
