Because this game format relies on full 20-player pools across all 5 courts, games CANNOT start until ALL players are present. Please arrive early or on time out of respect for your fellow players!

⏱️ Match Structure & Timing:

Warm-up: 1 Minute per round
Game Duration: 15 Minutes MAX per game
Winning Condition: First to 11 points (must win by 2). If the 15-minute timer runs out before a team reaches 11, the team with the HIGHER SCORE wins the round!

📋 SCORE REPORTING: Winning pairs MUST report the game result/scores to the organizers immediately after each match to ensure smooth and fast court transitions!

🏆 How KOTC / QOTC Works:

2 Pools: Men's Pool & Women's Pool
Alternating Play: Men and Women rotate rounds—one pool plays across all 5 courts while the other rests!
Court Hierarchy: Court 1 is the King/Queen Court (Top Court) down to Court 5 (Bottom Court).

📊 Court Movement Rules:

Winners: Move UP 1 court (Court 1 winners STAY on Court 1).
Losers: Move DOWN 1 court (Court 5 losers STAY on Court 5).
🔄 Partner Rotation: Partners on a court ALWAYS split and play AGAINST each other in their next round!

💡 Quick Example: If Player A & B win on Court 3, both move up to Court 2 for their next round, but play as opponents!

👑 Crowning the King & Queen:

The winning pair on Court 1 in the LAST GAME will contend for the crown!
To determine the single King and Queen, the two players in the winning pair will be compared strictly based on their overall Win Rate throughout the session.

No Refunds: If you cannot attend, paid slots will be converted into Open Play credits for future sessions.
⏳ 6-Hour Cancellation Freeze: Cancellations made within 6 hours prior to the event (after 12:00 PM) will not be credited and are non-refundable.
Slot Transfers: Slots are fully transferable! Please message us in advance for adjustments.
