🏋🏻 What is this session about?
This fitness class will focus on functional drills and exercises using sports-specific Circuit Training (think CrossFit and Hyrox) that incorporates weight lifting and cardio for better lateral movements, control, weight transfer and proper muscle activation needed for Tennis.
👥 Who is this for?
This is open to newbies and beginners wanting to get started in their fitness journey, and even Intermediate and Upper Intermediate fitness buffs who want to explore something new and feel challenged. But it’s really for anyone who wants to enjoy, have fun and feel healthy too!
👨🏻 About the Coach
Coach Nelson Mendoza is a certified Fitness Trainer and a Jiu-Jitsu purple belt. He is a dragon boat racer and a former track and field varsity player. He used to be with Fitness First for 8 years and has since been helping clients with their fitness goals through functional training and customized coaching.
📍Where are we doing this?
We are partnering with Intense Gym in BF Resort Village. They offer an open-air space for group training complete with equipment. We have also booked the 7AM slot for us. As there are only 2 parking slots in front of Intense, you may also park in front of BDO (1st option) or 7-11 (2nd option)

🚫 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime, but cancellations after Saturday 5pm will be charged the no-show share (same amount everyone paid).
✍️ Other Essentials
If you have any medical conditions/history that we need to take note of, please let us know in advance. If there’s none, do arrive in your comfortable workout attire and shoes. And before the workout, do take your pre-workout snacks if needed for energy. Don’t forget to bring your tumbler and towel too!
