• Wait to be waitlisted first, then pay to secure your slot (see Payments tab for details)
• Upload proof of payment after sending
• Unpaid sign-ups will remain waitlisted until payment is confirmed
• No-shows = slot & payment forfeited (court fee still applies)
• 24-hr cancellation freeze applies
• Slot payments are transferable, but non-refundable.
• Meet fee covers court fee and admin costs (balls, etc.)

• Open to Beginners, Low Intermediate & Intermediate players
• Bring your own paddle & water; balls will be provided
