Guidelines & Rules

❤️OPEN PLAY FEES

* STRICTLY ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY.

* Php 200.00 for Registered SMPC MEMBERS ONLY
* Php 250.00 for NON MEMBERS
* Please be guided accordingly, there will be NO REFUND for wrong open play fees and PAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! No refund for whatsoever reasons. You can sell your slot however.

❤️ JOINING PLAYER
* Join using RECLUB.
* If put in waitlist, PAY ALREADY, for you to be a confirmed player. NOTE: NO PAYMENT, NO PLAY. Also our open play is a first to pay basis.
* Please if the MEET IS ALREADY FULL, stop sending payments! As we will not REFUND payments but can be use only on the next scheduled open play.
* Approach the queuing master in the court for check in and for your level rating.

❤️ SKILL LEVEL
* Open to Intermediate to Advanced players only.
* Players should have a good understanding of official pickleball rules, scoring, and court etiquette.

❤️ RESPECT THE ROTATION
* SMPC is using Pickleq app for qeueing.
* No need to stack your
paddles.
* If there are repeat partners (unless paired partners) and or opponents, you can approach the qeueing master BEFORE the game starts and change it.
* All request pairing, request players will be entertain, but players will be put on the last matchup list.

❤️ GAME FORMAT
* Games are played to 11 points, win by 2 (unless otherwise announced).
* Players are given 15 minutes ONLY to finish the game.

❤️ SPORTSMANSHIP
* Respect your partner, opponents, and organizers.
* Celebrate good plays without excessive taunting.
* Offer encouragement instead of criticism.

❤️ HONEST LINE CALLS
* Make fair and immediate line calls.
* If you’re unsure, give the benefit of the doubt to your opponent.

❤️ COURT ETIQUETTE
* Wait until a rally ends before walking behind a court.
* Call “Ball!” immediately if a stray ball enters the court.
* Retrieve balls safely without interrupting other games.
* Let’s all practice CLAYGO (clean as you go!). Always keep the courts clean.

❤️ KEEP THE GAMES MOVING
* Be ready when your game is called.
* Please scan the QR of the game to monitor your games.
* Warm up briefly (2–3 minutes maximum for the first game only).
* Exit the court promptly after your game.

❤️ SAFETY FIRST
* Wear proper court shoes.
* Bring your own paddle, water, and towel.
* Stop play immediately if someone is injured.

❤️ RESPECT THE SKILL LEVEL
* Play competitively but safely.
* Avoid coaching during games unless requested.
* Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

❤️ ORGANIZER’s DECISION
* The organizer’s decisions regarding rotations, disputes, and scheduling are final.
