🔹 Registration Process

Step 1: Request to join and get waitlisted.
Step 2: Once waitlisted, proceed with payment via GCash:

Step 3: Upload your payment receipt in the Payment tab or chat.
Step 4: Wait for confirmation.

⚠️ Important:
*Slots will only be confirmed once payment is received.
*Please sync dupr to reclub. Players not synced will be put on-hold.
*No payment = No confirmation.

*Non-refundable:
All payments are final. Slots may be sold or transferred (pasalo), but remain non-refundable.
This system ensures fair slot allocation and helps avoid last-minute cancellations.

*By joining our Pickleball Open Play sessions, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. Joiners & Dinkers Club and its organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

*We encourage all players to play safely, respect others on the court, and consult a physician if they have any health concerns before participating.

🎾 Game Details
*Balls: Provided
*Format: Race to 11, win by 2, cap at 12
*Warm-up:
First game: 2 minutes of dinking
Succeeding games: 1 minute of dinking
Please bring own ball for dinking

🔄 Match Stacking System
*Win/Win and Lose/Lose system applies
Priority order: (via Picklr)
*Split partners every game

1) Fresh First — new players go before brackets start
2) 3+1 Fill — 3 waiting in one bracket? Borrow 1 from the other so they don't stale
3) Winners Bracket — 4+ winners ready to play
4) Losers Bracket — 4+ losers ready to play. When both brackets are ready, they alternate so neither sits and waits.
5) Mixed — 2+2 when full brackets aren't ready
6) Open Rotation — fallback, first 4 in queue
