🚨 REGISTRATION POLICY
We operate on a FIRST PAY, FIRST CONFIRM basis
Players who register will remain on the waitlist until payment is received. Once payment has been confirmed, your slot will be secured and moved to the confirmed list.
PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR PAYMENT in the payment table to secure your slot.
🚨 Please do not sent payment if the event is already full, and you remain on the WL. If payment is received when slots are full, it will be refunded accordingly.
🚨 Strictly no walk-ins.

💵 REFUND POLICY
🚨 NO SHOW, STRICTLY NO REFUND. You can find another similar level player to take your slot. Please advise the hosts if you cannot make it & if ever, have transferred your slot to another party.
🚨 Late Attendance does not quality for a partial refund of the play fee.
🚨 Registration/Entrance Fees are non-refundable

Admin and the Facility are not responsible for any injuries/illness. Upon joining PB Scrimmage, you should assume full responsibility for your participation and all inherent risks associated with sports and physical activities. We advise you to see your doctor before joining any strenuous activities.

🚨 Please keep your personal belongings secure at all times. Admin and the Facility will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged items.

🙏🚨 FOR FIRST-TIME PLAYERS
• As this is an Intermediate & Up Open Play, all first-time players will be screened to help maintain balanced and competitive games.
• To be eligible, you must meet the following DUPR requirements:
◦ DUPR rating
Mens : 3.2 or higher, with a min. reliability 50%
Womens: 3.0 or higher, with min. reliability 50%
• If you meet the requirement, you may request a slot and be placed on the waitlist.
• Please wait until you have been added to the waitlist before sending your payment.
• If you are still on the request list and have not yet been moved to the waitlist, do not send payment until your request has been approved.
• First-time players may undergo a brief assessment to ensure they are at the appropriate skill level for competitive and balanced games.

🚨🙏PROFILE PHOTO REQUIREMENT (First-Time Players)
• For verification and security purposes, all players must use a clear, recognizable, and appropriate photo of themselves as their Reclub profile picture.
• Registrations with unclear, unrecognizable, or inappropriate profile photos may not be accepted until the profile photo has been updated.
