* Pay parking, PHP 50 1st 3 Hours, PHP 15/hr thereafter

Minimum level: UPPER BEGINNER
Maximum level: INTERMEDIATE

The first FOUR players to arrive will play first game of RACE TO SIX, NO DEUCE. STRAIGHT TO SUDDEN DEATH. All games after first game will be race to FOUR, NO DEUCE. Make sure you arrive early SO THAT YOU CAN PLAY A GAME TO SIX!

HOW TO JOIN AIEPRO TENNIS ACTIVITIES

1. Request to Join

Submit your request to join the activity. Once received, you will initially be placed on the Wait List. Please note that wait list slots are temporary and may be placed ON HOLD if payment confirmation is not received within the designated period. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE WAITLISTED.

2. Secure Your Slot Through Payment

To confirm your participation, send your payment via GCash to:

Payments are generally non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another player who is NOT currently on the Wait List. MUST NOT BE ON THE WAITLIST.

3. Upload Proof of Payment

After payment, upload a screenshot of your transaction in the designated PAYMENT SECTION only. Please do not upload payment screenshots in the CHAT ROOM to help keep activity communication organized.

4. Confirmation Process

Once your payment has been verified, your name will be added to the Confirmed Players List.

5. Arrival at the Venue

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow sufficient time for warm-up and preparation.

6. POSTPONEMENT. There is a possibility that the Open Play may be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, no worries. You may choose to request a refund by sending me your QR code, or transfer your payment as credit toward another Open Play or activity.

IMPORTANT NOTICE #1 - HEALTH AND SAFETY

By joining the activity, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health, physical condition, and personal safety during play. Participation is voluntary, and players agree not to hold the organizer or AIEPRO Tennis liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the activity.

IMPORTANT NOTICE #2 - REFUNDS

Please note that coordinating court bookings and player schedules requires significant time and effort. As such, cancellations made on the same day as the event will no longer be eligible for a refund.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that you are able to find a replacement player who is not currently on the waitlist, or if all original slots have already been filled.

If no replacement outside the waitlist is found, your slot may be transferred to another player at no additional cost to them.
