🏓 OPEN PLAY DETAILS

• Player Levels: ALL LEVELS are welcome!
Beginner • Novice • Intermediate • Advanced

• Courts: All 3 pickleball courts will be dedicated to our Halloween Open Play, mini tournament, and special activities.

• Registration Fee: ₱280/player

The special event fee will help cover Halloween party expenses, activities, and prizes for our mini tournament and surprise games.

Please send your payment and upload proof of payment in Reclub or message the host.

📋 HOW TO JOIN

1. Click Request to Join in Reclub.
2. Wait for the hosts to place you in the Waitlist (this allows you to request your +1s).
3. A player may pay together with their +1s in one transaction.
4. Payment may be made even while under Requested Players.
5. Players will only be moved to Confirmed Players after payment is received and proof of payment is uploaded/sent to the hosts.
6. Once confirmed, join the corresponding Open Play session in the Sports360 app to participate in our digital queuing system.

📱 SPORTS360 – DIGITAL QUEUING & STACKING

✅ Confirmed players are strongly encouraged to download the Sports360 app, create a personal profile, and join the designated Open Play session.

Benefits of having your own Sports360 profile:

✔️ Receive notifications when your game is about to start.
✔️ Monitor your queue position and court status in real time.
✔️ View players currently playing on each court.
✔️ Pause your queue participation to rest or end your session.
✔️ Customize your player profile and picture.

📌 No Sports360 account? You may still participate as a Guest Player, but with limited features. Creating a personal profile is highly recommended.

⚠️ Reminder: Registration, payment, and slot confirmation remain exclusively through Reclub. Sports360 is used for digital queuing and stacking.

🎟️ SLOTS = PAID ONLY

✔️ First to pay = priority
✔️ Maximum: 44 players only
✔️ Unpaid slots may be released.

⏳ ONCE SLOTS ARE FULL

✔️ Paid players beyond the 44-player cutoff will be placed on the Waitlist.
✔️ Unpaid players will be placed on Hold.

📌 WAITLISTED PLAYERS

✔️ Players who wish to join the waitlist may still send payment and proof of payment to the hosts.
✔️ Only paid waitlisted players will be accommodated on a 1:1 replacement basis when a confirmed player cancels or leaves early.
✔️ Paid waitlisted players who cannot be accommodated should coordinate with the hosts regarding their payment.

🚶 WALK-INS

✔️ Walk-ins may be accommodated only after the event has started.
✔️ If slots are still available (less than 44 players), walk-ins may join upon payment.
✔️ If all slots are full, walk-ins will be treated as Waitlisted Players, subject to standard waitlist rules.

⚠️ SECURE YOUR SLOT EARLY!

No on-site or last-minute payments are guaranteed, as slots may already be full.

❌ CANCELLATION, REFUND & PAYMENT CREDIT POLICY

✅ MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT:

✔️ Players who cancel and notify the hosts more than 24 hours before the scheduled event may have their full ₱280 payment credited toward future Open Play or DUPR Night sessions.

✔️ The credited amount may be applied to future sessions, subject to their respective registration fees.

✔️ Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to the hosts before 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 29, 2026.

❌ LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT:

❌ STRICTLY NO REFUND OR PAYMENT CREDIT for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.

❌ Late cancellations, personal schedule conflicts, changes of plans, or other personal reasons will not qualify for rescheduling or payment credit.

✔️ Refunds or payment credits will be allowed if Dink District by PickleMD cancels or is unable to proceed with the scheduled event.

🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY

❌ Players who fail to attend without qualifying advance cancellation will forfeit their slot and registration fee.

🕒 ARRIVAL REMINDER

✔️ Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to complete preparations, check in through Sports360, and avoid delays.

🎭 Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume and bring some food or treats to share!
