📌 GUIDELINES & PAYMENT POLICY:
• Send your proof of payment in the event chat only!
• STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENTS! For everyone’s convenience, we’ll be accepting cashless payments only.
• Slots are on a FIRST PAID, FIRST SECURED basis.
• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, but slots are TRANSFERABLE unless the event is cancelled.
• Please inform organizers for slot transfers.
• Please do not pay if you’re still on the requested list. Wait until the admins move you to the waitlist before sending payment for confirmation.
• No shows are non-refundable.
• Avoid sending PRIVATE MESSAGES. Kindly send all your questions or concerns here in the GC so we can respond right away.

🎾 BEFORE THE GAME:
• Please CHECK IN and approach the event organizer, and arrive at least 10 minutes before the game starts.

🏁MATCH FORMAT:
• Match rotations will be automatically managed through PickleQ.app
• The first team to reach 11 points wins the match.
• If the score is tied at 10–10, the next point wins (sudden death at 11).
• Lock-ins are allowed, but please inform us ahead of time or at least 5 minutes before the game starts. If both lock-in partners place in the Top 3, they will count as ONE placement and receive the higher-ranked prize.
• Let’s encourage, support, and have fun playing with newer players.
• Make fair and honest line calls, and always practice good sportsmanship.
• Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the games!

🏓AFTER THE GAME:
• Please clean as you go and don’t forget to give kudos to your fellow players!
